Delivery Policy

1 By placing an order with SafeSMM, you automatically accept all the terms listed below, whether you have read them or not.

3 You agree to use SafeSMM only in a manner that complies with the Terms of Service of YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, SoundCloud, Pinterest, and all other social media platforms.
4 SafeSMM rates are subject to change at any time without notice. These terms remain in effect regardless of rate changes.
5 SafeSMM does not guarantee exact delivery times. We provide our best estimation based on order quantity. Orders in progress will not be refunded due to perceived delays.
6 We reserve the right to change a service type if deemed necessary to successfully complete an order.
7 SafeSMM delivers the quantity mentioned in service descriptions. However, if any social media platform updates its algorithm, drop ratios for Non-Drop or Guaranteed services may change, and SafeSMM cannot be held responsible.

Liabilities: SafeSMM is in no way liable for any account suspension, content removal, or penalty imposed by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your orders. We will never sell, share, or redistribute your data to third parties. All personal information is encrypted and stored on secure servers.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed.

You agree not to file disputes or chargebacks after completing a payment for any reason.

Filing a chargeback may result in account termination, order bans, and removal of delivered services.

Orders cannot be refunded or canceled once placed. Credit is given only for non-deliverable orders.

Misplaced or private account orders do not qualify for refunds. Always verify links before ordering.

Wrong link orders cannot be refunded once the order has been placed and processed.

Fraudulent Activity: Using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to immediate account termination with no exceptions.

Note: Do not use more than one server simultaneously for the same page. We cannot guarantee accurate delivery in such cases, and no refunds will be issued.

1 SafeSMM is intended solely to promote your social media accounts and boost your online appearance across YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Pinterest, and other platforms.
2 We DO NOT guarantee that new followers will interact with your content. We only guarantee the delivery of the quantity you pay for.
3 We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of delivered accounts will have profile pictures, full bios, or uploaded content, although we strive for the highest quality.
4 You agree not to use SafeSMM to promote nudity, violence, or any content that violates the community guidelines of any social media platform.
5 If your page already has 100K+ followers/likes/views, refill protection will not apply — even on refill-enabled services — as it is not possible to determine the source of drops.
